Return issue

I have been trying to get ahold of the return department for three days. I have been gone to Santa Fe NM when my package arrived. It did not fit and after three days of finally finding the right email to return and the right rules for putting in the correct Order number I ran out of time to return the item. I DO NOT appreciate having to eat $400 to return an item.

Return issue

The information they gave me was erroneous...again...and I lost the window to return the $400 item because they did not answer my email and it took me an additional 3 days to try to figure it out. They have MULTIPLE EMAIL FOR RETURNS YOU MUST USE. I guess I went through four email that didn't work and finally got one to work. This is ridiculous. I will no purchase anything from them again.

Cynthia Rowley inserts long thin white tags into the clothing and says that if that long tag is removed the item is not returnable. However, it is impossible to try on the clothing to determine if it fits without that tag coming off!

I had a disappointing experience with Cynthia Rowley customer service and would not recommend purchase from this vendor. I purchased a top priced at $485. The top arrived while my husband and I were on vacation and it was a couple of days outside the 14-day return/exchange period. I tried the top on upon returning and the top was not flattering at all. The return option on their website would not allow me to return this item indicating that it was due to being out of the 14-day return policy. Therefore, I attempted to find a phone number to contact their customer service department. There is no such number, and the only form of communication is through email. So I sent an email - - I received an auto generated email letting me know that someone would be in touch with me within 48-72 hours. After not hearing from anyone after 72 hours I sent another email and yet another email was generated request not to continue to send emails that someone would be reaching out. After no reply, I was able to get a hold of someone in the Manhattan store, and they indicated that they would send a message to their customer service department. Still no communication. After 12 days I finally receive an email that they are not able to do anything for me and that there are no exceptions to their policy. As you can imagine, I was not pleased with this reply. I have made numerous purchases from Ramy Brook, Hemant & Nandita, Rails, Michael Stars, Halston, etc. and never had an issue even when it was out of their return policy. I have been in high end retail sales for over 40 years and have never found a resolution for my clients or customers. This is unacceptable customer service and response from a high end designer. Thank you for your time and attention.

User's recommendation: I would not recommend a purchase from this designer. Poor customer service. Email is the only way to reach the customer service department. They are not timely in responding. It took 12 days for someone to reach out and they were not very helpful. I received an item while I was on vacation. The top did not fit well, and I was not able to return or exchange the item due to being out of the 14 return policy

I just received my order and still on 14 days from the time I received it , however I cannot print the return label it say is more than 14 days . This is my order number 206624 please help you can see on the date I put an order is July 18 2023 even from the time I put the order still good please help thank you
